I had to wait 20 mins before I could enter the room and the therapist said there was another client, however the room we used in the end was free the entire time.
I asked for a full wax (integral) and there was still hair left in more sensitive areas. The therapist then said afterwards that she had tried twice to wax this part off. She said that the hair was too short and did not want to irritate my skin further. However the hair was definitely long enough for waxing and I did not feel that the therapist did the waxing correctly or in an experienced way. I find it unprofessional that she did not mention this to me during the session and I only realised afterwards. Throughout the session I felt that she did not know too well how to use the wax and would try again and again to pull at the wax but it would not strip off. I was hoping that this treatment with another type of wax and a much higher price would be better than other places in Lausanne. I did not see the value in what I paid for this session. I will not be returning.
