The main issue was with the girl who performed my facial - her attitude was rude, limit condescending. She seemed rushed, stressed and generally not interested in performing my facial. I was so shocked by the overall lack of customer service or interest in a first time customer and was very uncomfortable during the actual treatment.
The actual facial was OK - in my opinion not worth the 160 francs for a deep purifying facial when i came home with makeup still on my neck and no manual extractions done and CERTAINLY not worth the price to encounter such bad customer service.
I really hoped to have found a good location, and an willing to pay top price for treatments, but I will not be returning. Maybe this is a one off experience as all other reviews on google are positive, but do not want to risk another bad experience for such a high price.
