To be honest, I was left a little confused by this consultation and did not feel super comfortable overall. It was very quick, approximately 5 minutes in the treatment room, - which was probably due to the fact that my baby was with me and I can totally understand if that was the reason - but somehow I feel that I'm lacking some important information now. I would have expected a more detailed skin analysis and all in all, I'm not totally convinced that the recommended treatment Meso-luxe is the right choice for me as I breastfeed, which I mentioned several times. Whereas the lady explained to me the effects of the treatment, I received no information about the treatment itself nor the active ingredients used. Even tough I read on your website that Meso-luxe is only mesotherapy-based (What does that mean by the way?), a quick google search suggests that mesotherapy per se is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. So, again, that's where my confusion comes from and I would appreciate it if you could confirm once more that this treatment is safe while breastfeeding, and if I decide otherwise, if my 50 Fr. voucher will be still valid after I have stopped breastfeeding, which will be in about 6-10 months. Nelly a été adorable pour la douche aurobronzante, accueillante.
Cependant, je trouve bcp moins bronzée sur la partie basse des jambes.
C est bien sûr les cuisses, et blanc sur les tibias 🤣
On fera mieux la fois prochaine .

Hello, thanks for giving the opportunity to provide feedback. Normally I never do, but feel compelled to address my dissatisfaction with my appointment.

The main issue was with the girl who performed my facial - her attitude was rude, limit condescending. She seemed rushed, stressed and generally not interested in performing my facial. I was so shocked by the overall lack of customer service or interest in a first time customer and was very uncomfortable during the actual treatment.

The actual facial was OK - in my opinion not worth the 160 francs for a deep purifying facial when i came home with makeup still on my neck and no manual extractions done and CERTAINLY not worth the price to encounter such bad customer service.

I really hoped to have found a good location, and an willing to pay top price for treatments, but I will not be returning. Maybe this is a one off experience as all other reviews on google are positive, but do not want to risk another bad experience for such a high price.
